Audio repeats when button is clicked

I'm using Captivate V2 and am relatively new with audio. I've added a "I'm Done" button with audio that says "Click the I'm Done when finished". During playback, when the button is clicked, the tail-end of the audio repeats itself. The only way I've gotten it to stop is to make the button active until the end of the slide, but then the slide fades out before the button is clicked. Can anyone help?

    I finally figured this out. I changed the button so that it displays for a specific time (4 seconds) instead of displaying until the end of the slide, and then I extended the length of the slide so that it displays about 1 second longer than the button.
