Audio / Video out of sync

After the movie is published as SWF using Captivate 5 I have a user experiencing out of sync between audio and slides, my project has one audio file per slide, and using only one PPT in all project. I've never experienced this problem in my machine but my client is complaining that this happens in all the projects. Is this a problem with Flash in the user machine or something that I can set in my project before publishing to avoid this problem?

Does the audio file on each slide begin right on the first frame of the slide?  If so, this will cause Captivate to amalgamate the audio into a single contiguous file for those particular slides.  An easy trick to prevent this is to just move the audio on each slide back one tenth of a second or so and also leave at least a similar gap at the end of the same slide.  The audio file should NOT touch the ends of the slide timeline.  This will cause Captivate to output each slide with a single audio clip and will help your synchronisation issues because then each slide MUST finish playing audio before the next one can begin.

Yes, the length of the slide is the length of the audio file, every audio file has at least 1 second at the beginning and at least 2 seconds at the end to prevent jumpling too fast. What you mean is that I have to add a second in every slide at the end and at the beginning in Captivate. Wow, this is a lot of work, I have like 1,000 slides in different projects, and every slide has different lenght. Is there a way to avoid doing this manually? Any path on Captivate 5? Honesty I don't like the solution. Captivate 6 has this issue too or is fixed? If this is fixed then I have to considerate migrating to 6 but how easy is doing this because from 4 to 5 there were some differences that 5 didn't apply correctly and I had to manually fix some this but that was time ago I don't remember exactly what. Also what is the cost of migrating from 5 to 6?
