Automated publishing with Captivate

I am looking for a way to automate the publishing process for Adobe Captivate projects. I'd like to enable my team of content creators to simply commit/push their updates to a source control repo and have an automated process run the publish with a given configuration. A command line interface or a library I could include in a program would both work.

Any ideas?
