Automatically fill out form and email

Hello all,

What I'm trying to do is to have a student acknowledge a form which, once acknowledged, will place their digital signature on a pdf and email the filled form with no interaction with the client side email program. I have searched everywhere I can think to no avail. I assume a java script upon pass could do this but I have very little knowledge of java. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

So basically it's not a true eSignature... just their name appearing on a signature line on the PDF?  That simplifies things, but it will require custom programming.  Please PM me if you want to talk further.

    Hi LTJ1s,

So if I understand you correctly, you want to create a Cp slide where the student fills out info.  That info would be transferred to a PDF, digitally signed, and emailed without any interaction by the student.  I can think of a few ways to do this, but it would require custom JavaScript and server side programming and it would not be a simple solution.

Yes, but I'll put it simpler. I want a predefined form to be read, then "signed" and emailed. All the signature has to be is the user's name. So whichever way would be the simplest. Unfortunately, I do not have server side access due to contract agreements.
