Autoplay Issues in CP 6.0

I am having issues with the autoplay feature for a video.  The first time the slide displays the video autoplays no problem and the slide displays exactly as it should.  The next slide contains 2 buttons - 1 to replay the video (which jumps back to the video slide) and 1 to finish the presentation (which jumps to the final slide).  When I click the replay button it jumps back to the video slide but the video does not autoplay this time.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Much appreciated I have tried a couple of workarounds and cannot get it to function appropriately.

    Hello there,

    Welcome to the Captivate Forum!

    Are you using Event Video or Slide Video? I tried it from my end for both the types and it works fine, it auto plays when I go back. Do you have any other interactive objects in the video slide? Is it playing fine when you preview the project?

    I am using an event video.  It plays fine the first time I visit the slide but doesnt want to autoplay when I go back to the slide.  I can still play the video the 2nd time by pressing play, however I am worried my users will get confused since there are 2 sets of playback buttons (one for the video and one for the presentation as a whole).  Same issue is coming up in preview and when I publish it.

    I have tried creating the loop 2 different ways - 1 with a slide after the video with a button that goes back to the video slide.  I also tried making a duplicate video slide and creating buttons that toggle between the 2 when you choose the replay option, both seem to have the same issue - the video plays the first time you visit the slide but not the 2nd.
