Back to Quiz function not working in Captivate Classic 11.8.3.8

Good Morning All. Our company originally had 2019 Captivate Classic and the "Return to Quiz" feature worked like a charm. Our company decided to install the New Captivate and keep the original Captivate Classic that we had been using. The benefit of using the New Captivate was evaluated to not be a workable fit for our Team at this time. So we the developers are continuing to use the 2019 version. BUT the "Return to Quiz" feature does not work. ANY fixs out there. We are currently having to use "Return to Quiz" buttons on the remediation page, and advanced actions on each quiz question to get it to show when the learner choses the wrong answer.

Do you have any other customisations in this or other projects for your company? I'm talking about any JavaScript libraries, widgets or Advanced Actions designed to circumvent normal functionality.

If so, then before diving into other solutions, I would suggest you open a new blank Captivate project in Classic Captivate and do a quick test with a quiz that has a few basic quiz questiions (e.g. True False or Multiple Choice). First confirm that Return to Quiz functionality does not work even in a new vanilla project. It may be that the functionality isn't broken in Captivate 11.8 and the real culprit is something that has been added.
