Beginner Here - Need Help with Right Clicking

I am VERY new to Captivate, and I don't have any advanced technical experience.  I am more of a "point and click" person.

I searched the web for an answer to this question but could not find any help in "layman's" terms.

I created my first software simulation, but it involves right clicking an object to reveal a sub menu.  Of course, when I try to preview it or test the published output, right clicking doesn't produce the desired action.

I'm sure there's a work around.  Can someone explain it in simpler, non technical terms?  I am not an e-developer by trade... just a trainer that sees value in what Captivate offers.  Forgive my ignorance.  Thanks in advance!

Is this is a software simulation? The right-click will be properly captured in that case, look in the Properties panel of the click box, Actions tab.

This will only work when you have published. And when publishing you'll get a warning that you have to turn off "Enable Accessibility". You'll find that option under Preferences, Project, Publish setting.
