Best job sites to find a SCORM expert/packager with Captivate expertise?

Question

There are a lot of sites, like Indeed.com, Monster, etc etc that advertise for jobs. Which ones attract the most technically savvy candidates? I need to find a SCORM packager to help deploy a bunch of Captivate courses. Problem is they are all built in v2017 and any new hires will need to use v2019. Version 2019 has broken some things so I have to fix those first. Adobe will not allow any resellers to sell v2017 and you can forget about getting it from them. Why do they do this??? Aggravating.

I am a Captivate expert, it is possible that I could find out what has been 'broken' in your Captivate projects when they upgraded to the most recent version(?) There were 3 main releases in CP2019. Most consultancy jobs I did were related to issues with Quizzes and reporting. You'll find a lot of articles about blogging on my blog site.

Since I am just a user, cannot answer to your complaints about Adobe.
