Best practice for navigation

If I don't want to use the playbar and want to have my learners click buttons to navigate through a lesson, is it considered best practice to put the buttons on each slide or to put them as widgets on the master slide?

Will the buttons on each slide make the published file significantly larger?

Yeah, I just need more time with it. It does seem very powerful.

Hello,

On the master slide you can put the widget Button indeed (multiple is possible), will be the most practical solution. I'm often adding buttons to each slide, and this will not increment the filesize that much.

I think I am going to go with buttons on each slide, so I have more freedom with what they do on each step.
