Best set of tools to create webinars

I have a subscription to Presented and I am using the Power Point provided by Office 365 Premium.  It works but does not update well, so I have to search for presenter updates and manually upgrade.  My real question is, what would be the best set of tools to use from the Adobe set if I wanted to create training webinars and Power Points.  I use Power Point for all live presentations and often convert using Presenter after the first live event.  I would like better graphics and video options.

I never use PPT nor Presenter, but use Adobe Captivate for presentations, which I convert later on in an interactive course. Here is an example of such a converted presentation:
