Best way to include video without buffering?

Hi, 

I have a 27 second video on one of my slides and I've tried both the event video and the slide video. It (of course) plays fine when previewing from my machine, but once we load it into the LMS, it buffers and doesn't look good. We even tried the YouTube option, but I don't like how it brings up the logo and the other videos when it ends (it's also not as large as the original video size). 

Any ideas for how I can get this to play smoothly without all the buffering?
