Big white bar at bottom of screen

Hello, my project currently has a big white bar at the bottom of the screen of which I've determined is the HTML background. The thing is I dont want this to display and for the image to stretch the entire screen. I've disabled the playbar and removed borders. Not sure how to remove this. See the attached image.

    Is this in the lms in a popup window?

      Sorry for the delayed response. Yes it is opening in a popup window. I've got it set to Scalable HTML but its not scaling to the full length of the browser window. We use Successfactors LMS if that makes a difference.

      Probably due to a wrong choice of the width/height ratio in the original project. You don't want to distort the project, Captivate neither. This means that either the height or the width will adapt to the available space in the browser.

      For security reasons I don't download files, you can insert an image in the forum. If this is a non-responsive project, did you publish as Scalable HTML? Is the width/height ratio ot the project the same as in the browser?
