Biteable within Captivate

Question

Afternoon

I am having difficulty in uploading a biteable to captivate. I have upoaded it but the biteable is way too big.

This is what biteable have advised our Biteable video's dimensions are 1080 × 1350 (in its current aspect ratio), and it looks like the canvas area in Captivate is set to 320 × 200. I assume that's why you're only seeing a small section of the video.

Any help appreciated

??? Default size for a non-responsive project in Captivate is 1024x627 but you can always define another resolution. I don't know where you get '320x200' info? Never did see such a small project, even unsuited for a smartphone.
