black sides

Hello I work in Captivate 8, new to it. In 7 which I used until 8, I would import a video from an online animation and I place it on a stage within a border. In 8, when I do exactly the same thing, the video has black sides. How do I get rid of these sides? I have added a screen print of this for you to look at and advise accordingly.

My default browser is IE..... not sure if thats the reason when I preview?

    Have you checked under Project > Skin Editor > Borders to see if some of the borders are turned on?

    Hi and thank you for answering.

    I had a look. There was a border selected, which I have now unticked.

    When reviewing the project again, this has not solved the issue.

    Do you have another way to solve this please?
