Blank project

Hi, yesterday I try clear chache of project, with the function Clear The Cache/ in the preferences.  But the program crashed, so I restart the pc.  When I open captivate  my work are ok, but the function create new blank project/ responsive and from ppt template doesn't work . Could you help me to fix these problem?

    Clear the Preferences. You need administrator rights. Look in the subfolcer 'utils' in the installation folder for the file CleanPreferences..... appropriate for your OS. Run that file while Captivate is closed. You can lose some customisation, more information in this blog post (also valid for later versions of CP):
