Blank Screen for Captivate 2017 courses published in LMS on Chrome

Anyone seeing an issue for Captivate 2017 courses in Chrome? I thought I saw a few posts about this, but I am not able to find them.

I'm just getting a blank gray screen in our LMS when I try to view them in Chrome. The files I started with were Captivate 9 files and now I saved them in Captivate 2017, so that might be the issue. I tried reimporting the files. I thought I saw something about inserting a blank slide as the first slide. I tried that with no luck. I export in both SWF and HTML5.

Any other ideas?

It could be due to upgrading. However personally I had a lot of issues also with CP9 when publishing both to SWF and HTML5. Publish separately. Chrome doesn't enable Flash player by default anymore, you'll have to do that to watch the SWF output. HTML5 output should play fine if the course is deployed on a webserver or a LMS.

That seemed to work when I published only to HTML5. Strange. I'm glad I figured this out before updating 20 courses that were started in Captivate 9. They are not responsive projects, thankfully.

I don't know why the muttiscreen version is no longer working.
