Hello,

I have included learning interactions in my project and I can see them when I clic on the Preview button.

However when I publish my project on a web server (SWF format), interactions are blank.

Can someone help on this? Thanks

I am using Captivate 9 and the learning interactions I have included are Accordion, Tabs and Pyramid Stack.

If SWF is not the best format, in which format would you recommend to publish then?

Should I publish elsewhere than web server?

Which publishing parameters should I modify?

All the files are on the web server and have the same name.

Which version of 9? Most recent version is 9.0.2.437.

Did you upload all files and launch the xxxxx.htm file?

Did you check the browser on presence of the Flash Player plugin?

Personally I only publish to HTML since quite a while. SWF is the best format, but it will no longer be supported in the near future. It can never pay on a mobile device, and as I explained will soon not be able to play in a desktop browser neither.

Since you publish to SWF (you know that Flash player disappears in less than 2 years?) you talk about a non-responsive project. Which version of CP do you use? Which learning interactions don't work? Did you upload all files to the webserver and launch the file xxxxx.htm where xxxx is the name of the project which also appears in the SWF file?

Is the Flash Player activated in the browser you are using? Several recent versions of browsers require to activate the Flash Player plugin manually it is no longer installed by default.
