Blank Screen When Publishing to Adobe Connect

I am trying to publish my Captivate projects directly yto Adobe Connect; however after enteting my credentials I just have a blank screen with no option to publish to a new or extisitng folder.

 I am using Captivate 2019 11.5.5.553. The .cptx file is saved to my desktop and not on the cloud.
