Blue Load Circle - Nothing Happening Captivate 12.3.0.12

When trying to start a new project I'm getting the eternal spinning blue circle.

I can open existing projects but not start a new one. Has anyone seen this before?

Usually i disconnect from the internet when opening captivate files or a new project. It seems faster that way. I recommend restarting captivate without an internet connection. I hope that helps

Two things come to mind:

1) Is your system updated to the latest operating system? If not, try doing that.

2) Are you short on hard disk space? Not having enough free space on your drive can cause this.

Was this working before? If so, what changed between then and now?

I am having the same problem and have an updated OS (Sequoia 15.2) and plenty of room on my drive.

Hi ladwings,

be aware that Captivate 12.3 and 12.4 is officially not yet compatible with MacOS 15 (Sequoia). See: System Requirements. I'm myself waiting to update to MacOS 15 because of Captivate. Hope this will happen with Captivate 12.5 which might be released in a few weeks.
