Blurred video/sharp objects

Hi everyone,

I've created a Captivate 9 video that looks perfect in preview, but when I publish and view the host platform the background (video slides) lose 10% resolution, while the objects (click boxes/captions) remain crystal clear. Is this a resolution/settings issue on the published Captivate file?

Any help/advice very welcome. Thank you.

    What do you mean by 'bakcground (video slides)'? Nomally the background is a static image, can you explain?

    Are you on 9.0.2.437?

    Hi Cooper,

    I suspect your lost resolution is due to "compression" when publishing. the static objects don't degrade as much since there is only one of them and they don't move.  If so, there really is no way around this unless you start with a higher resolution video. It will still lose resolution but not as pronounced.
