Blurry Interactive Videos

Hello, I create videos in Camtasia and they look fine.

When I upload it as in interactive video to Adobe Captivate, they are always blurry. My videos have a lot of text in them, but you practically cant make out what the text says. Is there any advice on how I can get this to look better? Thank you. The video size is 1080 x 720
