Is it normal for swf files to be blurry? I'm using Captivate 3. Deselecting the compression boxes in the Preferences dialog box doesn't seem to help much.

    Hi ofalkie

I believe I answered this at this link.

What is happening is that Captivate presents your projects using a series of bitmap images. Think of digital cameras here. We measure the quality in "megapixels". PixEls (or Picture Elements) are a mosaic of colored dots that comprise the image. If you shrink the image to make it smaller, the dots overlap. The computer has to decide what colors the overlapped dots should be. If you make the image larger, empty dots are added. Again, the computer has to decide what colors to use for the new uncolored dots. Either way, the quality suffers.

    Cheers... Rick
