Bookmarking is not working for Captivate 5 used in NetDimensions LMS

Hi,

I have developed a Captivate 5 SCORM 2004 file for a client using the NetDimensions LMS. They claim the bookmarking is not working and when the user leaves the course at any point, the course is shown as 'complete'. I have the 'self paced' learning checkbox checked. Not sure what other settings can be set on the Captivate side to make this work in NetDimensions?

Up until Captivate 5.5. the SCORM drivers used were by Adobe themselves. With Captivate 6 and later versions the SCORM drivers are now supplied by Rustici Software, the same people that build SCORM Cloud.

Lilybiri is correct that you should check your content in SCORM Cloud to see if it works as expected there.

Captivate 5 is now VERY old. I would be lobbying your management to get upgraded as soon as possible.

Turning on Self-Paced Learning bookmarking is not going to help you with SCORM output because the bookmarking methods are different when working with SCORM and LMSs.

I would suggest to test first on Scorm Cloud to be sure that the issue is due to Captivate, not to the LMS. If it works correctly in Scorm Cloud changing settings in Captivate will not solve the problem.
