Bookmarking Issue in Cp Classic 11.8.3.6

Question

I have a 92-slide project, and bookmarking works perfectly until you get to slide 70. Then, after that, it always returns to slide 70. Slide 70 is the first slide showing a video that spans 11 slides, if that makes a difference. Has anybody seen this problem before?

I saw an old post explaining it can happen with SCORM 1.2, but I'm using SCORM 2004 3rd edition. The project didn't mark complete. It's hard to test because you have to go through the last 22 slides to reach the end.

Any ideas are appreciated.

This can happen if the LMS database isn't configured to store information from the resume_data field. At least for bookmarking. I'm a little surprised that completion doesn't work after that. If it is truly a storage issue, I may be able to come up with a solution to compress the data before sending to an LMS. Let me see if I can find some old code; and whether it works with Captivate Classic. While I'm doing that, please create a COPY of your file and remove 22 slides (e.g. like slides 10-32). Does resume/completion work?
