Bottom Fluid Box Needs to Line Up with Top Box When Wrapping to Next Row

When previewing the wrapping of one fluid box under another, I need to have the one below be directly underneath the top box. Is there a way to do this?

I tried switching from wrapping to "one row/column," and the same problem persists.
