Brainshark - Public usage - Unable to acquire LMS API

I've created my first aptivate project and want to host it on BrainShark for the public to use.  They provide a first name, last name, and email address, and then I am getting an error "Unable to acquire LMS API"

 

I assume this is because it isn't attached to a user in the LMS?  I don't care about tracking completion.  Is there a way to publish so that I don't get this error?

    Maybe your LMS only accepts SCO's, which are published project set up with recording to SCORM (or AICC or xAPI)? Did you set up Reporting in Quiz Preferences?

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    I found a solution (I created the module but don't manage the LMS).  Published as HTML and the administrator says it works just fine 🙂
