Branching from Submit function in a Question in a Captivate 8 Responsive Design lesson

I have set branching off of a wheel image. Once the learner gets to the end of the branch and answers a question, I want the learner to jump back to the wheel where he/she can make another choice.  In testing, I clicked an option on the Wheel; went straight down the branch to the end and clicked Submit which should take me back to the wheel but it doesn't. So far, in Preview mode, Captivate only moves me ahead to the next slide which is not the correct response based on programming attached to the Submit button.  Is there any other setting in Preferences (either Reporting or menu) that I should look at to make sure everything is set up correctly?

Your recommendations as usual are most appreciated.

'In testing' how did you test? This question is graded but has 0 points? Is slide 12 before this question slide? Did you use the remediation functionality, do you have the command 'Return to Quiz' on that slide 12? And what are the Quiz Settings: do you allow Back navigation, what is the Required setting?

I'm also bit puzzled by the deprecated system variable 'rdInfoSlideCount' that is inserted on this slide, which is no longer available in the dropdown list for variables since CP6.  Suspecting that you copied a lot from an old project?
