Branching & Javascript

I am creating some core curriculum courses with Captivate 2 and want to include a button for the glossary which will be displayed on each page. I know I can have it jump to a certain slide but to get the project to return to wherever the user clicked from is the issue. I am assuming there is probably a simple script availabe to execute that allows this.

I have never used Javascript but know I need to learn more about it as I am working with Captivate and Authorware more.

Any suggestions or sample scripts would be helpful!
