Is it necessary to clear browser cache before each time Captivate HTML file loads viewing it offline and online? If so, why?

Let me add more details to my questions above.

Scenario: My team is testing a large video file (80MB) set up in Captivate. With Quiz question slides at the end of the video.

Is it necessary to clear browser cache before each time Captivate HTML file loads viewing it offline and online? If so, why?

Legend

Do not view offline, some functionality may go awry. You always need to upload to a webserver.

There is no need to clear the browser cache.
