Browser zoom issue 5.5

I have two different published courses. Both, to the best of my knowledge, have the same htl file that launches them, excepting only the reference to the unique swf file.

But in one of them, when I zoom the browser view (tested in Firefox and Chrome), the swf movie zooms along with the htm stage. (see http://notalone.com/dashboard/custom/captivate/Supervisors1.htm)

In the other, (http://notalone.com/dashboard/custom/captivate/SupervisorsIntro.htm) the swf zooms independently, which leaves me with the problem you see below:

Since the htm files are virtually the same, I figure I must be missing something in the publish settings. Anyone have an idea how to troubleshoot this?
