Buffering on some Videos

Using Adobe Captivate 9. Created a  project based on a powerpoint but have used Captivate to add video demonstration slides.

While previewing the project in a web browser some of the videos play fine while others buffer and do not play.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

    Are the videos that buffer larger in size than the ones that don't?

    When you're talking about progressively downloaded videos, buffering issues are usually related to the filesize of the video being too large for the end user's internet connection speed.
