Bug: Captivate 9 does not record 1680x1050 or higher

I would like to report a bug:

I have just bought a new computer but have problem recording 1920x 1080 resolution.  It appears Captivate 9 does not support recording video using resolution of 1680 or higher. It gets confused and recorded the area outside the red margins as shown in the attached file. 

I'm currently using:

Windows 10

15" monitor

Internal display (laptop): 1920x1080 resolution

External display - HDMI 1920x1080

I was only trying to record the application on the external display.  The workaround for now is reduce the resolution to 1600 when recording video.

    There’s no Captivate listed in the drop down; only Acrobat products.

    Where can I report a Captivate but?
