Bullet and Full Stop formatting in right to left languages?

I am copying and pasting text from an arabic document to Captivate 7.  This has been translated for us as I don't speak the language.  The formatting in Word is perfect, bullets appear on the right, full stops appear on the left.

When it pastes into Captivate, the text is rendered perfectly, but the bullets want to go to the left and the full stops want to go to the right. 

Any help or advice?  Thanks!
