Button in quiz being marked as 'incorrect'

Hi!

I have a button included in my quiz that users are required to click in order to be marked as complete. When users click on the button, for some reason they are being marked as 'incorrect' - even though there is no 'right answer' - the only requirement is for the button to be clicked.

Below are the details of a user being marked as 'incorrect' when clicking the button - and a screenshot of the button / quiz settings for that interaction.

If anyone has any insight on why this might be happening, I would really appreciate it.

I am using Adobe Captivate 2017 10.0.0.193.

    Just wanted to bump this one up to see if anyone has a clue on this one - not sure if this is allowed?

    Try replacing the button with another button (maybe a normal text button) to see if that fixes the issue.

    Try putting the button in a different location to see if for some reason an object might be blocking its hit area.
