Question

Buttons disappear and Table of Contents shrinks in HTML 5 output.

I'm creating a series of modules.  They have 1-2 introduction slides with text and a continue button, then a slide video that plays out on between 5-20 slides.  These videos are 5-10 minutes in length.  I was encountering an issue that the first time they launched in the LMS, the video wouldn't load.  I addressed that by converting the flash video to an MP4 format and publishing to an HTML 5 output.  However, when I do that, the continue buttons disappear, and the Table of Contents shrinks oddly.  When I publish it to both HTML 5 and a swf format, the screen displays normally and the buttons look fine, but the video won't load.   I would like to be able to publish to both formats and have the video load normally.  The video is a progressive download and inserted as a multi-slide synchronized video.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi Brighton,

I just checked with another project published to HTML5 output and SWF separately, I did not notice any difference in TOC Width.

Can you check the Width value from Project-- TOC -- Settings?

If you preview it in HTML5 Mode within Captivate, does the continue button disappear or fades?

Thanks,
