Buttons not working with Lightbox

Hello,

When I created a lightbox in Captivate 9 all my buttons that are assigned to jump to a different slide no longer work?  I am new to captivate and not sure what I did wrong.

    not sure how you made the lightbox, but if you did so by covering the slide with a semitransparent grey shape,  you covered over the buttons too!!   if so,  you will either have to make the shape smaller and not cover the buttons or have the buttons show up on top of the grey shape.

    But none of the buttons are working now, even one's that do not have a lightbox on the slide.

    I figured it out, I had the appendix and documents for the buttons to jump to after the quiz, which has a submit all button.  Once I moved the appendix and those documents before the quiz it now works.

    There is no apparent link between having a lightbox and a button with a Jump to command. You will have to provide more details: how did you set up the light box, what is that light box covering, how do you close it, where are the buttons that jump to another slide, how is the timeline?

    I have used advance actions to build the code, It has an X to close out the lightbox and that works fine.  But on the same slide when the lightbox is closed I have a button to jump to the appendix and it worked until I added the lightbox and now it will not work.  I have bottons on other slides within the same presentation and on those slides I have added bottons to jump to other slides and they used to work and now they don't.  I have also added a test with the submit all, that seems to work, could the test be interfering with the bottoms to jump to other slides or could the light box?
