Buttons work in Preview, but not after publishing as SCORM file. (Captivate Classic)

Question

I have a project that works perfectly when I preview it. But after it is published, none of the buttons will work. The shortcut keys work, but nothing happens when the buttons are clicked.

Did you happen to have Scalable HTML Content turned on when you published to HTML? If so, that might be your problem. Sometimes the scaling throws out the alignment of the button hit areas so that clicking on the button does not cause it to react because the hit area is off to one side or the other.

Sometimes if you click around outside the buttons you will get them to react. That indicates that the problem is the location of the hit areas.

If you had Scalable HTML turned on, try publishing without it.
