C7: Audio issue: not playing in preview or publish

Hi there everyone!

Got a new issue. Cap7: I have recorded audio to the slide, plays in timeline, plays with just the slide, does not playa with preview 5 slides, from here, or all and does not play in publish. Have reset preference folder (C:\Users\storybell\AppData\Local\Adobe(hidden); renamed Captivate 7 folder; checked all the usual suspects... audio off on anything,

Have tried to run it from a different folder, drive, and computer.  Weird. Cannot figure this one out!!! Please help. Arrrrg.

TImeline or F3 is not a real preview, Audio depends only on the mute icon on the Timeline panel.

Check Publish settings:
