C8 Bullet image (style) is cut off when published

I am getting ready to deliver a product for a client and I noticed that when I publish my project the bullet points (the round dots) are getting awkwardly cut off.  In the worst case they almost look like full semi-circles. 

I can't figure out how to resolve this issue - please help!

    Did you try adjusting the left margin?

    Yes, I have tried adjusting the margins on every side, but it does not solve the problem

    Does it go away if you make the font smaller?  If so, this would appear to be a bug to me and you should report it to Adobe.
