Calling the e-signature page for ComplianceWire

the above is what I am attempting, given the information provided by UL.

I was provided with a .js file that needs to be the last .js file called in the project.

The course is merely a quiz. If the quiz is passed it moves to the next/final slide that says congratulations.

So what i did was to add this code to the On Exit action of the last slide (On Exit >>>Execute javascript) (right process for this?). did nothing. I also tried On Enter, but again nothing happened.

I need to also edit to values (I have another question open regarding that one), but I have no idea how or where to do this.

Is it something I can edit within the project or is it a .js file that needs to be edited after publishing?
