Can a YouTube video be synchronized to the time line?

I need to have a YoutTube video play without any play controls and once the movie finishes, a Next button should become visible on the slide. This is to ensure that the user does not fast forward / skip the movie.

Of course, I can insert a video hosted on my server and synchronize it to the time line to achieve the above, but I would rather use the free and fast hosting service of YouTube.
