Can Captivate do this?

Hi

I am currently working on Captiviate to set up some E-Learning materials. What i want to know is if Captivate can do the following-

I want the delegates to be able to interact with our e-learning, ideally I want to put a text field where they can fill in there answers but there will be no right or wrong answer and at the end of the e-learning for them to be able to print off all of there answers that they have added at different stages throughout the presentation. (So it can be used as coursework in some respects)

Is this something captivate can do or is there anything i can interlink with captivate to make this happen?

    You can probably achieve what you want to do via a combination of Text Entry Boxes (with their associated variables) and this widget from Jim Leichliter:
