I want to know if the curriculum framework can be custom-made.

For explame, can I adjust the position of the volume button and search bar? Just two buttons!

If yes, how much should I pay?

    It sounds like you are referring to the Playbar in the Project Skin.

    You can customize (to a limited extent) which buttons appear and what colours are used via the Project > Skin Editor settings dialog.

    However, moving items around on the playbar is not really possible without engaging professional programming expertise.  You would need to discuss exactly what customizations you had in mind before anyone could give you a pricing estimate for that kind of work.  It is not something very easy to procure.
