Can Dashboard analytics be only accessed from power point and not directly with a browser?

If I try to view my published module analytics by entering the URL directly in my browser I never see my course, but If I access the Dashboard from Power Point, then my course becomes available. Is this normal?

Hi joeAccessing the url from presenter is for flexibility ..but you still can go to http://als.adobe.com/ and choose according to the version of presenter, if you are facing some problems accessing your course please let me know the details of the course you have created with adobe username and password and inbox me to my mail id @ sipanda@adobe.comThanksSidhartha Presenter Engineering Team
