Can .exe program icon be changed?

When I publish to an .exe file the icon associated with that file is always a Captivate icon. Is there a way that I can associate a custom icon?

    Any instructions on how to do this in an icon editor like Microangelo?  I keep getting a stream read error when I attempt to rep

    lace a blurry icon with a clear one.

    Some claim it may be done using some sort of icon editing application such as MicroAngelo.

    But it can't within Captivate as of yet.

    Rick - that was an excellent suggestion. I downloaded the evaluation of microangelo and it did the job. Thanks a bunch.
