Can I change the speed on a portion of a video capture?

I have created a video captivate tutorial and have split the video and need to change the speed of one of the split pieces of video. Can this be done? If not, can I freeze a spot to last for say 20 seconds before continuing onto the next clip?

    Are you talking about a Video Demo (extension cpvc) or a normal cptx project?
