Can I collect quiz data for analysis using Captivate if I don't have an LMS?

I would like to use Captivate as an assessment tool for training. I would need the results of the assessment to be viewable by target audience and collectively for analysis and to view trends. However, the company I am working with does not yet have their LMS set up. Is there a way that we could still do this? What are the options or what other tools could we use to capture the data from Captivate if we don't have an LMS?
