Can I creat scrolling bars with Captivate 8?

I would like to create scrolling bars to mimic a regular computer interface on a website. In other words, say I want to scroll to the bottom of a webpage. I would have the scroll bar to the left that would allow me to scroll down. Does Adobe Captivate 8 come with any built in tool that would allow me to mimic such an event?

Not really.  But if you are publishing to SWF there is a widget that allows you to do this.
