Can I delete the files from the Captivate Working Folder after a project is completed?

Hi,

I am using hardware MacBook Air with operating system Yosemite, and Captivate 9 version 9.0.2.437. I am running out of space on my startup disk, so am trying to delete as many files as possible. I cleared the cache and was looking around to see what else could be deleted when I noticed there are several folders with mp4 files inside my Captivate Working Folder. As I have completed all projects I was wondering if anyone knows whether I can delete the Captivate Working Folder files. I want to start a new project and would like to resolve this query before I start.
