Can I edit .F4V in Cp5?

Hi, I like the way I can trim FRM slides in Cp5, which I do for recodings I make directly from Cp5. However for faster motion recordings I use River Past Screen recorder Pro to produce .avi which I import to Cp5 via the Media Endcoder to convert to F4V

I would like to trim the F4V slides in Cp5...but this doesn't seem possible. Anyone know the best way to trim/edit F4V (preferably without buying another Adobe product!).

thanks,

mike

You can achieve this (only trimming the ends, not cutting in between) using Edit Video timing. After inserting video (the way you mentioned), go to Video > Edit Video Timing. There you will see markers. Move the markers at the both ends to do a trim.

Hope this helps.
